Kevin P. Conley, CLU®, LUTCF®, CASL® has a B.A. from Bentley University and over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in executive benefits, business succession, estate, trans-generational family and retirement planning.
Kevin earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) designations with the American College. He also holds his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®). Kevin teamed up with a producer in the Bank Owned Life Insurance business from 2000-2008 and implemented plans throughout the USA, totaling $850 million dollars in premium. Kevin and his partner, Ryan Buck, are proven problem solvers and solution driven. They create enduring strategies for small business owners, corporate executives and high net worth clients’ planning needs.
Kevin is the former President of the Greater Washington Foundation of Insurance and Financial Advisors/Helping Hand Society and currently sits on the board. He is past District of Columbia Life Underwriters Association President, 1995-96; past President of The Society of Financial Service Professionals National Capital Chapter, 2003-04; past President of MassMutual Brokerage Director’s Advisory Council; and a member of the U.S. Mayors Enterprise Inc. Board of Directors. He is also a member of Greater Washington Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a LUPAC Statesmen. He is also a Board Member of the Loudoun Estate Planning Council. Kevin is also a two-time member of the distinguished Million Dollar Round Table.
Kevin has received numerous honors and awards, including the President’s Honorary Award 1992-95 Connecticut Mutual’s highest honor; Society of Financial Service Professionals Baker Scholarship Award for distinguished service; Management Council & Leader’s Qualifier 1986-2006; and Brokerage Director of the year with Mass Mutual, 2000-05, their highest honor. From 1996 to 1999 he won the Brokerage Director award for highest total production. He was also named Exceptional Field Leader 2003 and was a Wilner Award Recipient in 2005, GWAIFA’s most prestigious industry award. Kevin is one of only 60 recipients of the Wilner Award since 1890. NAIFA Greater Washington named Kevin as the 2008 recipient of the Harry L. Meyer - Victor E. Brandrup Memorial Award. This award recognizes dedicated service to the association and a high standard of conduct and ethics. Kevin is one of only a few individuals to ever be awarded with both the Wilner Award and Meyer Brandrup Memorial Award. He was also awarded the Kurt Andrews Community Service Award from 2008-2009 by NAIFA of Maryland. Most recently Kevin was inducted into his high school’s Athletic Hall of Fame as a team member of an undefeated championship Football team, Charles Wright Academy located in Tacoma, Washington. Kevin teaches the ethic’s course for The Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a CE approved instructor for the state of VA and MD. Kevin also served in the Air Force National Guard and received an honorable discharge.
Kevin has kept active in community service activities with GWFIFA, a non-profit organization that benefits at-risk children in the DC metro area. He has also served as Chairman of the For the Love of Children (FLOC) Walkathon 1990-96 raising over $500,000 for inner city kids at risk. One of his greatest accomplishments was taking on Camino Santiago trek, hiking 250 miles across Spain in 2005, 2008 and 2010. He and his friends raised $72,000 for the American Heart Association. In 2012, Kevin hiked the Via Francigena in Italy, 250 miles, raising $2,640 for the disabled Vets of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes. Kevin hiked the The Way of St. Frances, from Florence to Assisi in Spring of 2016 raising $6,000 for Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran wellness. In 2018 he hiked a 200 mile section of the Camino Santiago in France raising another $6,500 for BCR Wellness Programs. Kevin serves on the Hoe Down Committee every year and is the MC of the Hoe Down Event. In 2019, Kevin was the MC of the inaugural BCR Evergreen Ball, raising over $200,000 for the organization in one evening. From 2015 to present he has served as a Catechist Instructor for 6 graders at St. John The Apostle Catholic Church in Leesburg. He also has served as a Project Judge for the Step Up Loudoun Youth Program from 2013-present.
He lives in Leesburg with his wife Kathy and their two sons, Kevin P. Conley Jr. (KC) and John Patrick.
